Retrospective Analysis Of Acute Rejection After Renal Transplantation

objective:to disscuss the clinic characteristic,diagnosis,therapy of acute rejection of renal transplantation.Methods:Retrospective analysis the clinic characteristic,diagnosis,therapy of 36 acute rejection patients after renal transplantation from 207 sufferer of renal transplantation.Results:After 36 acute rejection patients of renal transplantation being treated,35 patients success,The serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid,resistent index of ultrasound,Urine protein,Each index above-mentioned have statistical significance.Conclusion:acute rejection is the most common complication of renal transplantation,clinical manifestation mainly appearance proteinuria,hypourocriniaand high blood pressure,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid,resistent index of ultrasound to rise,after given MP,OKT3 and ATG to treat,97.22%patient's acute rejection could be controled.
