Compare The Effect Of Home-made Reagent With Import Original Binding Reagent Of Flow Cytometry

Objective To manufacture the reagent of flow cytometry Q-PREP blood sample manufactor,and compare the reagent with import original binding reagent to reduce the costs of reagent.Method Make up the reagents(A,B and C) of flow cytometry Q-PREP blood sample manufactor with home-made reagent.To test lymphcyte and their second group proportion of thirty checker with the home-made and the import original binding reagent,then compared their precision and accuracy,taking their stability refored to Chinese biologicals regulations of 2000.Result there is not obvious difference using the samples made by two kind of reagents to test T lymph cell(CD3+),assistant/ inducement T lymph cell(CD3+CD8+),inhibit / cell poison T lymph cell(CD3+CD4+) (P＞0.05),they are high positive correlation,r＞0.9.Conclusion the effect of home-made reagent reach the import original binding reagent,it is steady in 6 months,home-made reagent can replace the import original binding reagent.
