Method: 84 patients with chronic nasosinusitis (type 1 and type 2,the scope of the disease have not surmounted the base of middle turbinate) that accepted cure in hospital from January 2006 to June 2007 were divided into 2 groups by random. 40 patients with chronic nasosinusitis of the group 1 were carried out Endoscopic Sinus Surgery under trachea intubation with venery aneatheia. the another 44 patients with chronic nasosinusitis of the group 2 were completed the Endoscopic Sinus Surgery under local anesthesia with enhance anaesthesia, Compared the treatment result of two kinds of methods, compared two kinds of treatments on anesthesia's result, bleeding quantity in operation and economics differences at the same time. Resalts: (1) the curing result of two kinds of methods had not difference on statistics.(P>0.05) (2) the anesthesia's result of two kinds of methods had not difference on statistics.(P>0.05) (3) the bleeding quantity in operation of two kinds of methods had not difference on statistics.(P>0.05) (4) the two kinds of methods had difference on statistics on economics.(P<0.05) Conclusions: The conclusion of the study proved:(l) Performed Endoscopic Sinus Surgery to Chronic nasosinusitis (type 1 and type 2,the scope of the disease have not surmounted the base of middle turbinate) under two kinds of methods had not difference on curing result, the anesthesia's result and the bleeding quantity in operation.(2)under local anesthesia with enhance anaesthesia had more superior than trachea intubation with venery aneatheia in safe, convenience and economic.
