Cancer Pain Companying With Depressive State Treated With Fentanyl-transdermal Patch Combining With Antidepressant Drugs

Objective:To investigate the effect of different antidepressant drugs on the treatmeant of cancer pain and quality of life.Methods:100 cancer patients were devided into two groups randomly,A:fentanyl+venlafaxine B:fentanyl+ amitriptyline;assessment score of quality of life for cancer patient,Hamilton depression rating scale,NRS digital grading method for pain and SDS depressive measure scale were used to evaluate improving of depression station,quality of life,degree and intensity of pain,as wel as toxicant and side effects in the first day and four weeks after administrating the drugs.Results:quality of life and depression emotion were significantly improved after administating the drugs in group A(P＜0.05) comparing with group B(P＞0.05),the score of NRS were significantly reduced in both groups.side-effect such as dry mouth,dysuria,constipation and so on were observed in group A while in group B there were not.Conclusion:it was necessory for the treatment of patient with cancer pain and depression to administrate antidepressant drugs.Having less side-effect and better therapeuticeffec venlafaxine,is more benefit than amitriptyline.it was suitable for infirm advanced stage patients with cancer pain and depression.
