Objective To analyze the etiology, clinical characteristics, target organ damage ,laboratory and imaging examination value in renovascular hypertension. Methods Retrospective study was performed based on etiology, clinical characteristics, target organ damage ,laboratory and imaging examination. Results 1) Of 46 cases renal vascular hypertension, 17 cases with aortic arteritis. 10 with atherosclerosis , 18 with congenital renal artery lesions. 2) Aortoarteritis, congenital renal arterial disease found mostly in young women patients, Renal artery atherosclerosis was particularly prevalent in older men, and had longer history of hypertension, age and history were significantly higher than that of other causes (p <0.05). 3) Congenital renal artery lesions, the average diastolic blood pressure was significantly higher than that of renal atherosclerosis group (p <0.05), and serum potassium level was significantly lower than aortoarteritis group (p <0.05). 62% abdominal bruit was heard. 20% physically weakened pulse, Abdominal bruit 82% in aortic arteritis. 60% in atherosclerosis can be heard. 4) correlation analysis showed that left ventricular hypertrophy and grade of blood pressure was positively correlated. Hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy grade of 3 was significantly higher than that in patients with hypertension 2 (p <0.05). 5) Renovascular hypertension the myocardial ischemia, left ventricular hypertrophy were easy to find , ophthalmic artery sclerosisâ…¡level and above also accounted for a large proportion.Atherosclerosis incorporate with coronary heart disease, diabetes, blood diseases, disorders of lipid metabolism and renal inadequacy, other groups incorporate with cerebrovascular disease;CVD and renal inadequacy 6) Angiographic date showed that in group Aortoarteritis lesions in thoracic aorta and abdominal aorta was found in 30% (5 / 17) and those involving both renal arteries. 12% (2 / 17) involving iliac artery, and 18% (3 / 17) subclavian artery. Atherosclerosis group 10% (1 / 10) thoracoabdominal aortic involvement, 10% involved iliac artery and the subclavian artery, and there are two groups involved bilateral renal artery. Congenital renal artery lesions involving the main renal artery.
