On The Basis Of Analysis On Renovascular Hypertension Renal Vascular Injury

Objective: To explore the renal vessel lesion of renovascular hypertension(It is defined as a Renal vessel lesion if has one of performance which is renal vascular stenosis,occlusion,microangioma).Methods:Continuous in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital in June 2013-in June 2016,44 patients with the diagnosis of renovascular hypertension,all patients completed the renal artery angiography,analysis of 44 cases of renovascular hypertension in patients with renal artery angiography and general condition.Results:In this research,Bilateral Renal vessel lesion have 35 cases(79.55%),9 cases(20.45%)of unilateral Renal vessel lesion Renal artery lesion or merge renal secondary vascular and the following branch have 15 cases(34.09%),The lesion of renal secondary vascular and the following branch were 29cases(65.91%).Renal artery angiography manifestations: 15 cases(34.09%)with renal atrery stenosis and(or)occlusion;35 cases(79.55%)had renal secondary vascular and the following branch stenosis and(or)occlusion,20 cases(45.45%)had renal vascular microangioma,4 cases(9.09%)had renal secondary vascular and the following branch segmental stenosis following expansion and appear alternately.28 cases with bilateral kidneys ECT(56 kidney),38(67.86%)kidneys reduced glomerular filtration rate(GFR)(29.59±17.88),Effective Renal Plasma Flow(ERPF)of 38(67.86%)kidneys is reduced(150.42±90.06).18 cases of simple renal secondary vascular and the following branch with bilateral kidneys ECT;24(66.67%)kidneys reduced GFR(28.22±12.75);ERPF of 25(69.44%)kidneys is reduced(149.13±67.14).16 cases from the renal vein blood of surgery and measure the renin activity,36 cases measure renin activity when seating,14 cases(80%)with left renal vein renin activity were rise(6.44±4.25),13 cases(81.25%)with right renal vein renin activity(6.67±4.43)were rise,29 cases(80.56%)with seat renin activity.were go up.Conclusion:1?The lesion of renal secondary vascular and the following branch primarily involving the arcuate artery and interlobar arteries,most associated with stenosis,occlusion,aneurysm,The clinical manifestations show the lesion of renal secondary vascular and the following branch involved in the pathophysiological process of renovascular hypertension.2?Most patients of renovascular hypertension renin activity showed a trend of increase,but a small number of renin activity in patients with normal or even lower.Prompt in clinic,low renin activity may also be wary renovascular hypertension in patients with refractory hypertension.
