Objective:To investigate the enteric nervous system visceral primary afferent neurons and neuronal morphology of chemical phenotype as determined receptor visceral noxious stimulation of the nerve hypersensitivity role for the receptor to find noxious stimulation of the chemical marker of hypersensitivity and explore the neural mechanisms.Method: Using cells chemical immunofluorescence technique in BALBc mice enteric nervous system in the small intestine and distal colon submucosal plexus(SMP) and myenteric plexus(MP) of visceral primary afferent neurons for human neural protein(HU protein), the intracellular calcium blocker protein(Calretinin) and plant lectin B4(IB4) of the chemical marker.Results:The human neural protein can be labeled all the visceral primary afferent neurons,Hu protein is considered positive neurons conventional markers. Shows cell morphology and cell body of the entire slurry of expressionn.Calretinin immunoreactive visceral reaction as the primary afferent neurons significant marker. Calretinin to show that cells in good shape,Calretinin labeled notable feature lies in the cells and dendritic evenly distributed in positive markers.Calretinin labeled positive neurons showed that dendritic cell precursors and,Hu protein labeled neurons smooth surface,and Calretinin immunoreactive neurons in the surface processes,a fundamental distinction between the two.The plant lectin B4 immunoreactive neurons labeled only intracellular membrane and granular material.IB4 immunoreactive sites in the cell membrane surface and intracellular side of the Golgi complex,a thin layer of membrane and the cytoplasm positive side of the positive granular material.IB4 positive expression fundamentally different from Calretinin immunoreactive,the entire pulp and membrane surface expression of multiple processes.Three different positive marker of immune response similar to the existing site and differences between them,making immunoreactive neurons to discover and confirm qualitative visceral noxious stimulation receptors with precise and clear guarantees of chemical phenotype.Conclusion:plant lectin B4 with the carbon membrane-specific carbohydrate compounds,the combination of selective cell as a target to prove that noxious stimulation information from the visceral conduction primary afferent neurons in mice visceral nervous system,IB4 marker visceral primary afferent neurons,and can be identified receptors for noxious stimulation of primary afferent.IB4 positive neurons labeled visceral noxious stimulation of the feeling of a noxious stimulation triggered the start-up process.It is the high sensitivity of Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS) in the pathogenesis of major,gut feeling of the high sensitivity of primary afferent nerve impulses to and anomalies in the pathogenesis of IBS play an important role in gastrointestinal motility,changes are considered the most basic pathophysiology of IBS abnormal.Acute pain in the process of clarifying the pain neurons in the high sensitization mechanism.
