Ovarian cancer is one of the three genital malignant tumor in female . Because of a lack of effective early diagnostic methods, the diagnostic results are often come out in terminal time . Ovarian cancer has the highest mortality in gynecologic malignant tumor, the 5-year survival rate at 30 percent.CA125 as a diagnosis of ovarian cancer indicators has been widely recognized and applications, in additition ,is an important indicator of the treatment and prognosis estimation. Patients with terminal ovarian cancer or with abdominal tuberculosis are often easily misdiagnosed and have delaying treatments, because both of them can be expressed as abdominal distension, ascites, and abdominal mass, as well as increased serum CA125 level.T lymphocytes play an important role in the immune response, CD8~+ T cells mainly make up of CTL.CTL kill the target cells by specific cytotoxicity effect, what mainly through the cell-membrane damage by release perforation or induce apoptosis. CTL play the dual role of damage the target cells and inhibit immune response. In conclusion , CD3,CD8 T lymphocytes in ascites can reflect the immune status of abdominal,as well as provide the possibility of immune treatment and efficacy standards. This study aimed at through the test of CD3, CD8 T lymphocytes in ascites to gained the differential diagnosis between ovarian cancer and abdominal tuberculosis; through the test of CD3,CD8 T lymphocytes in ascites and peripheral blood to show the difference of systemic and local immunity in patients with terminal ovarian cancer ; through the test of CD3, CD8 T lymphocytes in ascites associate with serum CA125 supply the indicator of ovarian cancer diagnosis, prognosis and efficacy standards.Materials and Methods28 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer and 11 cases of abdominal tuberculosis which diagnosed by pathological. Age compared between epithelial ovarian cancer and abdominal tuberculosis with no statistically significant difference. FCM test the CD3 and CD8 T lymphocytes .The percentage of positive cells expessed the results. Serum CA125 supposed by the Obstetrics and Gynecology laboratory of The Second Hospital Of Jilin University . Results1. The amount of CD3~+ T lymphocytes in ascites of abdominal tuberculosis more than CD3~+ T lymphocytes in ascites of ovarian cancer (p <0.01), and the amount of CD8~+ T lymphocytes in ascites of abdominal tuberculosis less than CD8~+ T lymphocytes in ascites of ovarian cancer (p <0.01).2.The amount of CD3~+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of ovarian cancer more than CD3~+ T lymphocytes in ascites of ovarian cancer (p <0.01), and the amount of CD8~+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of ovarian cancer less than CD8~+ T lymphocytes in ascites of ovarian cancer (p <0.01).3.The amount of CD8~+ T lymphocytes in ascites of ovarian cancer have statistically significant differences (p <0.05 ), in the lesion size (diameter <10 cm versus diameter> =10 cm),in the difference of tumor cell differentiation (high- differentiation, middle-differentiation,low-differentiation. The amount of CD8~+ T lymphocytes in ascites of ovarian cancer linear correlation with serum CA125, r = 0.685. The amount of CD8~+ T lymphocytes in ascites of ovarian cancer have not statistically significant differences (p >0.05 ), in the tumor type and volume of ascites.4.The amount of CD3~+ T lymphocytes in ascites of ovarian cancer have statistically significant differences (p <0.05 ), in the lesion size (diameter...
