Value Of HE4 Combined With CA125 In Diagnosis Of Ovarian Tumors And Its Interfering Factors

Objective:To investigate the expression of human epididymal protein 4(HE4)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in ovarian tumors,and to analyze the clinical interference factors.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of 1235 patients who were newly hospitalized in gynecology department of a hospital from July 2017 to December 2018.Pelvic B-mode ultrasonography indicated that the nature of ovarian tumors was pending diagnosis,and blood samples were taken for HE4 and CA125 detection.The data of patients' medical records were consulted,and the serum tumor markers before operation were analyzed statistically.The diseases were classified according to the discharged diagnosis,and the expression of the two tumor markers in benign and malignant diseases was compared.Results:1.Human epididymal protein 4 and carbohydrate antigen 125 are highly sensitive to ovarian malignant tumors.Among them,CA125 is more sensitive to moderate malignant asexual cell tumors,low malignant immature teratomas and granulosa cell tumors than HE4.2.The levels of HE4 and CA125 in borderline ovarian tumors are slightly higher than those in malignant tumors,lower than those in malignant tumors,and higher than those in normal control group.In sexual teratoma,HE4 increased slightly,but CA125 was not detected.4.The serum CA125 in patientswith ovarian chocolate cyst showed a significant upward trend,showing a high expression,while HE4 was not monitored,approaching the normal level.5.The levels of CA125 and HE4 in follicular thecoma were higher than those in normal control group.6.The levels of two tumor markers in other benign ovarian tumors were similar to those in normal control group.Conclusion:Joint detection of HE4 and CA125 is of great significance in the preliminary diagnosis of ovarian tumors and the differentiation between benign and malignant tumors.Joint detection is more valuable than single detection,and can significantly improve the detection rate of ovarian malignant tumors in clinic;Detection of serum HE4 should also pay attention to the normal renal function of patients.
