Dysfunctional uterine bleeding is a common disease of gynecology. The etiology of dysfunctional uterine bleeding are rather complicated ,which are affected by mental, emotional, nutritional status and environmental factors etc . It belongs to "Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis " of Chinese gynecology. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding in patients can cause anemia ,secondary infections, infertility, mental burden, even worse hysterectomia, involving marital life, reproductive health, family welfare and other issues.The research in the field of gynecology has being paid more attention over the years ,is one of the focuses of research, the treatment of the disease has important social and practical significance. In recent years, the integrated Western and Chinese researchs and treatments of dysfunctional uterine bleeding have made some progress. In order to explore further systematically Chinese medicine treatment of the disease, on the basis of clinical observation this study to aim at our outpatients 360 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding carries out treatment and follow-up.now retrospective analysis of this study aim at exploring the effect of Chinese medicine treatment and providing important guidance for clinical Treatment. [Objective]: explore the treatment effect of dysfunctional uterine bleeding by using decoction of Chinese medicine, Chinese patent medicine and Chinese patent medicine plus misoprostol.[Method]: Choose 360 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients, the patients will be randomly divided into three groups, decoction group (group A), a total of 124 people, a day a dose, stewing medicinal herbs , a course of treatment6- 10 doses, according to a course of illness medication 2-4; Chinese patent medicine Shen-kun Yangxue particles group (group B), a total of 119people, take medicine after mixing with water,3 times a day, 15g one time. Each for 10 days, according to a course of illness medication 2-4; Chinese patent medicine and Chinese patent medicine plus misoprostol.group (group C), a total of 117 people, Chinese patent medicine is Shen-kun Yangxue particles, take medicine after mixing with water,3 times a day, 15 g one time. Each for 10 days. At the same time plus misoprostol tablets 200μg /, 3 times / day, a total of serving on the 2rd. According to observe the course of disease medication 2-4.Observe recent and long-term effect.of three groups patients.[Results]:1. Recent effect comparison of three groups patients with DUB. group A compare with group C, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Group B and group A and C, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The total efficiency of the three groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The cure rate in three groups: group A and group C there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) in group B and group A and C difference was significant (P <0.05). curative effect of decoction of Chinese medicine group and Chinese patent medicine plus misoprostol group is clearly better than Chinese patent medicine group. Effect of long-term efficacy of decoction of Chinese medicine group is superior to Chinese patent medicine group and Chinese patent medicine plus misoprostol group .And decoction hemostatic effect of Chinese medicine is not only good, but long-term efficacy sure that the cure rate and the total effective than Chinese patent medicine group . The total for the three groups have higher efficiency, regardless of the decoction of Chinese medicine treatment of uterine bleeding or Chinese patent medicine treatment effects are good. However, oral medicine decoction recovery group was significantly higher than that in patients with oral proportion of Chinese patent medicine group.
