The Analysis Of Professor Li Kunyin's Rule Of Using Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant System

Objective:Through the collection of medical records of Professor Li Kunyin' s treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding,TCM inheritance assistant system was used to mine the data of Professor Li's treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during hemorrhage and hemostasis,and to analyze the types of syndromes by using frequency statistics,,The medicine belongs,the taste of the drug,and analyze the relationship between the traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,the type of symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:According to the study period,from January 2017 to December 2017,the clinical data were collected from Professor Li Kunyin,First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and included in the patient outpatient medical records.Data mining was carried out with TCM inheritance assistant system.Results:1.Professor Li Kunyin treatment of 40 cases of metrorrhagia patients,a total of 222 prescriptions,the frequency of all prescription statistics,a total of 111 herbs,all the frequency of drugs is 3010 times.The top 10 drugs in total drug frequency are:licorice root,Chinese yam,Dipsacus,Poria cocos,Bozi kernel,Zhuru,dogwood,Codonopsis,Citrus rehmanniae,Epimedium2.Prof.Li Kunxi treated with uterine bleeding during the bleeding period.There were 70 prescriptions and 60 herbs.The top ten were:Codonopsis,Dipsacus,Yam,Motherwort,Liquorice,Puhuang,Begonia,Panax,Grass,keel.Among them,blood circulation expectorants:Motherwort,stasis hemostatic drugs:Puhuang,Panax,Valerian;tonic drugs:Codonopsis,Dipsacus,yam,licorice;Acquired astringent drugs:Keel,Begonia.3.In 222 prescriptions for the treatment of Metrorrhagia by Professor Li Kunxi,there are 111 Chinese herbal medicines.Among them,the top ten herbs are:Liquorice,Pori a,Boziren,Yam,Zhuru,Hawthorn,Citrus,Epimedium,Radix Rehmanniae,Teasel.Among them,the tonic drugs are licorice,yam,Rehmannia glutinosa,Epimedium,hawthorn,Dipsacus;Anshen medicine is Boziren;Diuresis and osmotic herbs are miso;The phlegm and qi should be Zhuru and Citrus.4.Based on the association rules analysis of commonly used drugs combination of Atractylodes macrocephalus-continued off(-yam,Poria,licorice),the core combination of Digupi-albizia skin-continued broken,Poria-Motherwort-sea piao xiao-notoginseng and so on.Based on the complex system entropy clustering,new prescriptions were found:Digupi-Hopping skin-Duan-Poria-Motherwort-Sea slugs-Sanqi.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine heritage platform system for Professor Lee treatment of cases of metrorrhagia prescription analysis,the bleeding period of medication and non-stop bleeding medication there are significant differences in thinking.The overall medication in the bleeding period of blood stasis,promoting blood circulation,Yiqi spleen and other applications of higher frequency,and stop the bleeding for the spleen,kidney drugs,sedatives,drugs and other frequency of application.The results of the study for the treatment of uterine bleeding in the clinical provide a reference,which also requires expert interpretation,experimental studies and other methods to verify.2.Li teach the treatment of uterine bleeding generally use traditional Chinese medicine decoction,proprietary Chinese medicine,and with psychological counseling and other methods of comprehensive treatment in order to achieve the purpose of treatment of disease.
