【Objective】Endometrial cancer is one of the most common invasive gynecologic cancers and its incidence has been increasing gradually these years the endometrium cancer is divided into two types in Clinical generally.one is Estrogen related and the other one is Non-estrogen related.Ir has thought since long that the endometrium cancer is the estrogen dependent tumor. But is not all clinical pictures can use traditional the estrogen - estrogen acceptor theory to explain,.In recent years, some reportors revealed the endometrium cancer's occurrence related to the Luteinizing Hormone receptors( LHR).The endometrial carcinoma usually occurs between the age of 60 and 65,and this phenomenon is conformed with high risk of GnRH exposure. In this research we have detected the expression rate of Luteinizing Hormone receptors ,then discussed the mechanisms and function of LHR during the development of the Endometrial cancer .【Material and Method】29 Endometrial cancer inpatients from the Gynecology and Obstetrics department of the second clinical hospital of Jilin University, which were divided into 3 groups:1. postmenopausal inpatients (n=20);2. premenopausal inpatients (n=9);3. The normal group included the patients whose endometria were removed for benign diseases, and were vertified by pathological section as normal Endometrial tissue.the SP method of Immunohistochemistry was employed to analyse the protein expression and localization of LHR from endometrial carcinoma The results were analyzed by use of rank sum test, and processed by spss11.5.【Results】1,The positive signals were mainly located in The membrane and the cytoplasm of adenocarcinoma cells, but not in the nucle.2.The expression degree of LHR was highest in the postmenopausal group and lowest in the premenopausal group (p<0.05)3. the endometrium cancer's occurrence is possible related to the endometrium synthesizes and the secretion estrogen effect partially. 4. blocks LH the biology function link to have the possibility to avoid the endometrium cancer's occurrence.【Conclusions】1.LH acceptor's masculine expression relateded to the endometrium cancer's occurrence, particularly with estrogen relevant endometrium cancer. 2.The biology effect of LH and its acceptor's interaction possibly is the middle link of the endometrium cancer. 3. The endometrium cancer's occurrence is possibly relateded to the secretion estrogen effect partially. 4. blocks LH the biology function link to have the possibility to avoid the endometrium cancer's occurrence.
