ObjectiveTo study the resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae strains isolated from the sputum against 16 antimicrobial agents, and offer the resistance data to clinical therapy. To investigate the drug-resistant gene of Klebsiella pneumonia isolated from the sputum in Anhui Province.Materials and MethodsIsolatesA total of 114 strains of Klebsiella pneumonia were choiced from 34 different hospitals in Anhui province.MethodsAgar dilution test was used in susceptibility testing. The genotypes of ESBLs,Ampc,AMEs and qnr was detected and analyzed by PCR..ResultsThe 114 strains were multi-resistant drug. The resistant rates of the 114 strains of Klebsiella pneumonia to the 12 kinds of antibiotics were all more than 30%.Almost all strains were susceptible to carbopenems. In the 114 strains of Klebsiella pneumonia, there were 12 strains carried CTX-M-1,15 strains carried CTX-M-9,42 strains carried TEM,49 strains carried SHV,2 strains carried OXA-1,10 strains carried DHA,2 strains carried EBC,3strains carried CIT, 37 strains carried AAC(3)-Ⅱ,23 strains carried ANT(3″)-Ⅰ,2 strains carri(?)d qnr. Sequence and BLAST results indicated that the sequence of CTX-M-1,CTX-M-9,TEM,SHV,OXA-1,DHA,EBC,CIT,AAC 3)-Ⅱ,AAC(3″)-Ⅰ,qnr were the almost same with basic sequences of them in the GenBank.ConclusionThe Klebsiella pneumonia producing drug-resistant gene isolated from the sputum are common, most of them are mutiple drug resistant.
