Objective1.Investigate and analyse the changes of the weight and the related body examination index of the over-weight and obesity adults in two years Physical Examination under no intervention imposed.2.Through using tanstheoretical model(TTM)for lifestyle intervention of the overweight and the obese adult, overweight and the obese adult's each kind of food intake quantity is more reasonable, the life style is improved, thus enables its body weight to reduce or to be under changes for the better and so on control, related physical examination result like fasting blood sugar(FBS),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and blood pressure(BP)are improved;accumulating the experience of exploring the effect model to prevent over-weight and obesity.MethodsThis research using the convenience sampling method, has selected two units overweight and the obese adult who had physical examination in March,2006 at in the 4thaffiliated Hospital of China Medical University. Each unit have 60 people,by a unit is the intervention group, another unit is a control group. The first stage for the non-intervention stage, the time from March,2006 to March,2007,this period two groups of crowds does not carry on the intervention, and we will observe the change of the weight and the related body examination index. The second stage is the intervention stage, the time from March,2007 to March,2008,we will make lifestyle intervention for intervention group. The intervention measures take the TTM theory as the instruction;take community teaching as the fundamental mode, union activities and so on food model, athletic contest, take establishes the health the life style to carry on the health promotion as the primary coverage. And the control group does not give any intervention measure. After intervened 6 months and one year later compare the food intake quantity and the lifestyle of overweight and obesity with before the intervention. After the intervention, compares the body weight, the waist, the related biochemistry test result and the fatigue degree with the baseline level and carries on with the control group 60 overweight and obesity runs amuck the comparative analysis.Results1.Under natural situation, their weight increase in the first year(P<0.05),the intervention group increase(1.87±4.91)Kg,the comparison group increase(0.62±2.17) Kg,the related body examination index, such as blood fat, blood sugar, also increase, but there is no difference(P>0.05).2.The intervention group have better lifestyle, and have high score in the lifestyle questionnaire, the weight and the index also improved, the weight decrease 1.59±5.19 Kg,FBS,TG;TC decrease from(5.30±0.52)mmol/L,(2.63±1.54)mmol/L,(5.19±0.85)mmol/L to(4.90±0.44)mmol/L,(1.84±1.23)rnmol/L,(4.84±1.01) mmol/L after intervention, decrease distinctly(P<0.05).The number of people with high FBS,high TG,high TC and high BP decrease from 4,31,5,9 to 0,19,3,6.the fatigue scale score of the intervention group decrease significantly, and the degree of body fatigue and mental fatigue improved.3.The comparison group have no significant change in lifestyle(P>0.05),but score of sleep lifestyle increase;weight, and the related index increase with no statistic difference, and fatigue have no change(P>0.05).Conclusions1.Under no intervention situation, people's weight and the correlation physical examination result develops along with age increase to the unusual direction. The whole society should make their activity to resolve this commonality health problem.2.Lifestyle intervention of overweight and obese adults instructed by the TTM theory can change theirs bad life style, enhances overweight and the obese treatment rate andcontrol rate, improvement related physical examination target as well as reduces fatigue scale and so on,and is practical and feasible. 3.This research has provided the basis and the reference for the present nursing staffs in the overweight and the obese adult life Style intervention domain development practice, simultaneously also provides the foundational material for overweight and the obese patient weight control and the health management domain's further research.
