The Cohort Studies About Clinical Stages Of Central Lung Cancer Using DSA And CT

Objectiveto compare the distinction and accuration of CT and DSA in diagnosis the clinical staging of central lung cancer.MethodStudy the results of CT and DSA examinations to the same patients who take the interventional treatment instead of surgical treatment, analogy the different of two kinds of examination ways in judgement of clinical stages of III_A stages .ResultIn 51 patients, age extent is 41-80 years ,average age is 67 years old. All of them are central lung cancer .18 cases is excess or exact stage III_A and 33 cases is low stage III_A by CT examination. On the other hand, by DSA 42 cases is excess or exact stage III_A and 9 casea is low stage III_A.ConclusionThe sensitation of DSA is better than CT in examination methods of clinical stages in central lung cancer. Both of them combination is better than using single one in clinical stages of central lung cancer.
