Objective:To investigate the three-dimensional anatomy of bronchial artery with 320-row CT,and to explore the difference of bronchial artery display rate and internal diameter between lung cancer patients and normal control group.Methods:Twenty-one patients with lung cancer diagnosed by fiberoptic bronchoscopy,sputum exfoliative cytology and puncture biopsy were treated with bronchial artery CTA from March 2016 to February 2017,and 12 patients with normal bronchial artery were selected as a control group.Arterial CTA was used to reconstruct the VR fusion images of the aorta and bronchial arteries.The number of branches,dissociation and opening of bronchial arteries were observed and analyzed by post-processing technique such as MIP,CPR and MPR.The BA display rate and internal diameter of the control group were analyzed statistically.Results:1.33 cases showed BA 28 cases,lung cancer group showed 21 cases,the normal control group showed 7 cases;a total of BA62 showed an average of 2.21/person;There were 34 on the right side and 28 on the left.There were 12 cases(42.86%)with R1L1 and 5(17.86%)in R1L2.2.In the anatomical type,the right BA is the most common type I(14/43),accounting for 41.2%,followed by type II,(12/43),accounting for 35.3%;the left side BA is the most common type IV(20/28),accounting for 71.4%,followed by type III,(6/28)support,accounting for 21.4%.3.BA on the aorta opening position:the right side of the BA open in the aortic right anterior wall(a area)is(18/32)branches,followed by the right posterior wall(b area)is(8/32)branches;he left side of the BA open in the aortic left anterior wall(c area)is(16/27)branches,followed by the anterior left anterior wall(d region)is(8/27)branches.4.The display rate:The rate of bronchial artery of lung cancer group was 100%,and the percentage of BA in normal control group was 58.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.The diameter of lung cancer was thicker than that of the normal group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05);the thicker was significant difference(P<0.05)in the ipsilateral lung cancer group than that of the contralateral BA,the thicke was no significant increase in the left side of the right lung cancer compared with the normal control group(P>0.05);the thicke was no significant increase in the right side of the left lung cancer compared with the normal control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.320-row CT combined with three-dimensional,two-dimensional p ost-treatment reconstruction technique can clearly show the branch type,anatomical type and open site of bronchial artery,so as to effectively evaluate the anatomic al characteristics of bronchial artery.2.The bronchial artery display rate and diam eter of lung cancer patients were higher than the normal group,indicating that the bronchial artery is involved in the supply of lung cancer,which for the diagnosis a nd treatment of central lung cancer has a guiding significance.3.The bronchial ar tery CTA can accurately and intuitively evaluate the imaging features of bronchial artery in lung cancer,and provide effective preoperative guidance for lung cancer patients treated with interventional therapy through BA.
