Objective:analyzing the dependability research of Risk factors and clinical index in the patients with different pulmonary thromboembolism by convenient and objective and noninvasive teehniques in order to provid preliminary diagnostic evidence and evaluate the patient's condition as well as prognosis. Methods:the patients who were diagnosed as PTE in our hospital,48 patients were classified as the massive group and 51 Patients were in the non massive group.Their clinical manifestations,Risk factors, biochemical indicator, thrombophilia tests,D—dimmer and arterial blood gases were registered, then compare these index of two groups.results:clinical manifestations of PTE were complicated, the incidences of dyspnea, palpitation, lower blood pressure, rales, pleural effussion, lower limb edema in massive group were higher than non massive group(P<0.05).the incidence of DVT and value of blood fibrinogen have significant statistics difference in these two groups. The massive group have a higher value of D—dimmer,PT and APTT than non massive group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in PaCO2 and PaO2 between two groups. The average time in hospital were 24.96 days in massive group and 17.18 days in non massive group.Massive PTE group represented higher risk of death than non massive group.Conclusions:(1 ) Clinicians should be alert to patients who have these clinical manifestations and risk factors.(2) Arterial blood gases,D—dimer, blood fibrinogen and thrombophilia tests are meaningful predictor to evaluate the patient's condition as well as prognosis, and all these index will contribute to make a rational diagnoses and treatment program.
