The Clinic Observation Of Lowmolecularheparin Connect Danshenrootchuanxiongzine Use In Gerontisn Pneumocaridal Disease Acute Episode Period

Objective:To rearch the effection of low molecular heparin connect danshen root chuanxiongzine injection use in gerontisn pneumocaridal disease acute episode period patients.Method:124 patients who are vist in our hosipital(the fifth affiliated of xinjiang medical college) in 2007.1-2007.9 with gerontisn pneumocaridal disease,were be trabart divided into four groups:1.Coventionaltheraphy(effectively anti-infection smooth parichnos,retrieve hypoxia acid-base imbalance and electrolyte disturbances, clean up free radicle control cardia failure)+danshenroot Chuanxiongzine+lowmolecularheparin.2.Coventionaltheraphy+danshen root chuanxiongzine 3.Coventionaltheraphy+ lowmolecular heparin4,coventionaltheraphy Observation four groups of PaO₂,PaCO₂,SAO₂%Fib's change.Results:(1)compared with the four groups,1^th group PaO₂ascending argument(7.981±2.472mmHg)were higher than the 2^th group(2.020±0.951 mmHg)and 3^th group(3.121±2.872 mmHg)and 4^th group (—0.427±0.084 mmHg),2^th group and 3^th group were all higher than 4^th group,there were significantly difference(P＜0.05),while the Levels of 2^th groupå’Œ3^th groupshowed no difference between them(P＞0.05 ).(2)1^th group PaCO₂descenting argument(19.7104±8.531 mmHg) were higher than.2^th group(1.452±1.252 mmHg)and 3th group(2.103±1.404 mmHg)and4^th group(0.386±0.182 mmHg),there were significantly difference(P＜0.05),2^th group and 3^th group were higher than4^th group, but it showed no difference between them.and there were also showed no difference between 2^th group and 3^th group(P＞0.05).(3)1th groupSaO₂%ascending argument (1.407±2.365) were higher than 2^th group(1.098±1.064)and 3^th group(1.017±0.801)and 4^th group(0.187±2.641),2^th group and 3^th group were all higher than 4^th group,there were significantly difference(P＜0.05),while it showed no difference between 2^th group and 3^th group(P＞0.05)(4).1th group Fib descenting argument(0.400±0.250g/L) were higher than 2^th group(0.133±0.005 g/L)3^th group(0.167±0.113 g/L)and 4^th group(-0.103±0.245 g/L),2^th group and 3^th group were all higher than 4^th group,there were significantly difference(P＜0.05),but it showed no difference between 2^th group and 3^th group(P＞0.05 )。Conclusion:1^th group were best to improve PaO₂,SaO₂%,cut down PaCO₂ and Fib.
