Objective:By analysising the distribution of nosocomial infection of the patients in hematology department during 2007 year,to understand the distribution of infection pathogens,as well as for better empirical antibiotic therapy.Method:Analysis the distribution of clinical isolated pathogen of the patients in hematologic unit of our hospital during the January 2007 to December.Result:Among the total of 100 clinical isolates pathogens,gram-negative bacilli is 52.00%,gram-positive cocci is 35.00%, fungus is 13.00%,blood culture positive rate is 36.00%,sputum culture positive rate is 27.00%,urine culture positive rate is 21.00%,secretion,throat awab and seds culture positive rate are 7.00%,6.00%,3.00%,Escherichaia coll,Staphylococcus epidermedis and Klebsiella pneumoniae are the most frequently isolated pathogen.Conclution: During the 2007 year,gram-negative bacteria is the most common pathogen that in the patien of hematology department of our hospital, and gram-positive bacteria is the second commn one,and fungus is the third, but in different sample the isolated rate of gram-negative bacteria,gram-positive bacteria and fungus is different.Gram-negative bacteria is the most common pathogen in blood culture, sputum culture and urine culture. Gram-positive bacteria is the common pathogen in secretion and throat awab culture. So in clinics usually used the antibiotics that mainly effect to gram-negative bacteria,as well as effect to gram-positive bacteria before the bacteria isolated.
