Objective:by analyzing the mobility of nosocomial infection of the patients in hematology department, we will investigation the nosocomial infection characters'and reasons, risk factors from the Hematology department provide for effective preventive measures. Methods:Analysis the clinical distribution of isolation pathogen of the 2303 patients in hematologic unit of our isolates pathogens during from 2008 to 2009,and comparative with the nosocomial infection of 2007.Results:Among the total of 220 clinical isolates pathogens, The most common infection position of NI was respiratory tract,next the blood,mouth,urinary tract. Gram-negative bacteria are still the most pathogen in our hematology department, secondly that is gram-positive bacteria, and the last one is fungus. Conclusion:The patients with Hematological Malignancies are easily susceptible to nosocomial infection. To boost body, defenses and control the risk factors are effective methods to prevent nosocomial infection of Hematological Malignancies, can decrease effectively incidence of NI.
