| Objective:To study the clinical experiences of treatment of the model of GartlandⅢof Humerus Supracondylar Fracture in children using manipulative reduction and kirschner wire internal fixation by per cutem.Methods:60 patients that consistent with instituted internalize standard were strictly picked out and divided into two groups,treat group(A)and control group(B).Treat group (30cases)was treated by using the traditional method of FoShan hospital of TCM in treating the model of GartlandⅢof Humerus Supracondylar Fracture in children,scilicet bonesetting tetradeca-manipulative reduction and kirschner wire internal fixation by per cutem.Control group(30cases)was treated by using open reduction and kirschner wire internal fixation Then we observed and analyzed their forte and shortage in the time of fracture clinical concrescence,the cost of hospitalization the elbow joint function and the range of elbow joint.,Carrging angle after the healing of the fracture.Result:There were significant difference(P＜0.05)in comparing the time of fracture clinical concrescence,the cost of hospitalization,the range of elbow joint and Carrging angle after three months and six months when fracture was treated,curative effect after 6 months between the two groups.The result indicates that group A surpasses group B in relieving cost,preventing cubitus varus and recovering the elbow joint function.Conclusion:The method of manipulative reduction and kirschner wire internal fixation by per cutem has better effect on the function rehabilitation and Carrging angle of elbow joint.It is worth spreading. |
