Clinical Study On Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Of Moist Heat And Blood Stasis With Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi Powder

Background:Since Reform and Opening,accompany with the external communication increasing frequency,the change of ideological concept and the increase of personal movement,incidence of pelvic inflammatory diseases rise significantly in our country.Chronic pelvic inflammation is most common diseases in women which has the characteristics of longer course and high recurrence.There is no special effective of treatment for western medicine in the treatment of CPID.It can be applied only for acute attack of pelvic inflammation once again.And there have no good idea for sequela of pelvic inflammation.Differentiation of TCM.Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Administration for CPID has been proved to be very effective.Purpose:This investigation would to evaluate the clinical availability of Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi Powder to treat CPID of Moist Heat and Blood Stasis, contrast with Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi Powder Combined with levofloxacin tablet. We study the mechanism of TCM therapy CPID preliminary.Method:We select 50 cases CPID patients of Moist Heat and Blood Stasis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou university of TCM hospital-based Out Patient Gynecologic Clinic,50 patientswere divided randomly to two groups named treated group treated with Chinese herbs and control group treated with Chinese herbs and western medicine,the former group was composed of 30 cases and the latter 20 cases.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,course,severity extent before treatment(P＞0.05).They are comparable.The group that treated with Chinese herbs is given to Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi Powder,continuous administration 3 weeks.The other is given to Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi Powder 3 weeks Combined with levofloxacin tablet 10 days.The change of clinical symptoms,physical sign and peripheral blood r lymphocyte subsets(T LS)in all patients of two groups were observed pre and post treatment and statistics was tested.Thus we can analy the efficacy of Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi Powder.Results:The results showed that there is not statistic significance in total effective rate between two groups to improve the integrated syndrome and region physical sign of the moist heat and blood stasis CPID patient.The total effective rate of treating CPID in Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi Powder and Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi Powder Combined with levofloxacin tablet is 93.3%and 95.0%.Respectively,the total effective rate of improving integrated syndrome is 96.7%and 95.0%,and region sign is 93.3%and 95.0%.There are not statistic significance in the difference values before and after treatment between two groups to improve the integrated syndrome and region physical sign.There is statistic significance in T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral Blood between two groups before and after treatment,but the difference values comparison between groups is not.Conclusions:Jia Wei Jin Ling Zi Powder has the effect of clearing heat and toxins,activating blood,regulating Qi and relieving the pain.It can effectively treat CPID examined moist heat and blood stasis.It can improve the clinical symptoms and physical signs.And it is Worth to further spread. May be the Chinese Herbs treat CPID by improving the immune function or adjusting the immune state of patients.So that to attain to cures purpose.
