Clinical Study On Layingmassage And Local Injecting Shenmai In Treating The Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopathy

Objective:In this study the patients of the Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopathy(CSA)were divided into therapentic group and contrast group by random.Adopt the mend of the functional gauge about Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopathy(CSA),this study attempted to analyze the availability and superiority of the layingassage+localinjectingshenmai injection.Methods:In clinical study,the patients of CSA with confirmed diagnosis by the diagnose standard of Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopathy in the meeting about CSA in 1993,90.patients diagnosised Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopathy were divided into three groups by random,among these patients,therapentic group(30) were treated by the layingassage+local injecting shenmai injection,control group one(30)were treated by oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,control group two(30)were treated by layingassage.Result:layingassage+local injecting shenmai injection could improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously,the difference was significant compared to the contract group(p＜0.05),compared by control group two.The difference was significant compared to the contract group(p＜0.01).The therapy group showed much better improvement in the clinical symptoms and every observation indexes than the control group.Access casually after 4 weeks,therapentic group is better than control groups,and not recidivism evidently.Results:the layingmassage+local injecting shenmai injection has obvious effect to improve the symptom.It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
