Epicauta aptera Kaszab'Hemolymph or powder is by spread at verruca vulgaris with Miao Ethnic Minority Group Medical in GuiZhou, after a time, verruca vulgaris tumour atrophied, disappeared and infected skin grew into normal. There was not reported correlatively that what ingredients operated on verruca vulgaris sanatory, which was individual component to make function or many ingredients cooperated with action, and how was mechanism of these actions in Epicauta aptera Kaszab Hemolymph or powder.These looked mostly into at high press liquid chromatography, ion chromatography analyses Epicauta aptera Kaszab'Hemolymph or powder extracting solution ingredient. According to cytoactive screening experiment, the outcome of the experiment decided active ingredient from Epicauta aptera Kaszab'Hemolymph or powder for verruca vulgaris, there was supplied theory gist with further studied on verruca vulgaris'mechanism of active ingredient action.The results showed that: 1 Epicauta aptera Kaszab'composition analysis testThe qualitative and quantitative test proven of the cantharidin about Epicauta aptera Kaszab', The condition about detecting Epicauta aptera Kaszab'cantharidin with high press liquid chromatography was detection wavelength 227nm, mobile phase methanol 0.3ml/min-water 0.7ml/min, and the average content of cantharidin in per imago Hemolymph and in spawn was 26.60ug and 0.0917%.The result of abstracting cantharidin of Epicauta aptera Kaszab was showed that the optimal abstracting time was 12 hour.Cantharidin experimental result of extracting mixture separated with column chromatography showed that, cantharidin of the mixture was separated and purified according to twice dry column chromatography experiment with dichloromethane-ethyl acetate mobile phase, merit of using this method was cantharidin high purity, loss fewness, with short hour and expending fewness solvent.Chromatography condition of ions about detecting the insect hemolymph'format was withal 2.0mmol/L NaHCO3 for mobile phase and velocity of flow 1.5ml/min, and per imago'hemolymph formic content was between 2.2355ug and 18.2800ug in detecting ten specimens. It showed that per imago had difference formic content as it was synthesized.2 Epicauta aptera Kaszab component cytoactive testCantharidin insensitive and week inhibitory action to human leukaemia cell strain K562 activity screening test proclaimed that cytoinhibition rate for K562 was 21% as the cantharidin strength was 1×10-3mol/L, be equal to positive control amycin 2.5×10-3mol/L.Human liver cancer cell strain BEL-7402 medicament activity screening test of cantharidin showed that, three strengths of cantharidin had definite inhibitory for BEL-7402. As the strengths were the same condition at 1×10-4mol/L,1×10-5mol/L, cantharidin had better inhibitory for BEL-7402 than 5-Fu. So cantharidin purified by column chromatography had medicament activity.Hybrid A and B had inhibitory action and freedom ingredient for human liver cancer strain BEL-7402 in screening activity test. Therefore there was only one activity ingredient in Epicauta aptera Kaszab according to the test of screening activity.
