Also it possible that their dependability among E2F1 and CDX2 and the application of gastric carcinoma immunotherapy. Methods The experimentation divides three array: gastric carcinoma array, their corresponding mucosa array and normal control array. To establish a quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) method for quantitative the expression of target gene E2F1 and CDX2 mRNA and housekeeping gen GAPDH mRNA in the three array. Statistics was used to analyze the data. Results The high expression rate of E2F-1 mRNA in cancer tissues was 72.4%(42/58), while the high expression rate of E2F1 mRNA in corresponding mucosa was 50. 0%(29/58), and the expression rate of E2F-1 mRNA in normal stomach mucosa was27.9% (12/43). The high expression rate was distinct difference between cancer tissues and corresponding mucosa or normal stomach mucosa(P<0.05). The expression of E2F1 mRNA in cancer tissues was not related with the tumor stage, pathological type, lymph node metastasis and the depth of invasion (P>0.05). The high expression rate of CDX2 mRNA in cancer tissues was 37.9%(22/58), while the high expression rate of E2F1 mRNA in corresponding mucosa was 63.8%(29/58), and the expression rate of E2F1 mRNA in normal stomach mucosa was negative. The high expression rate was distinct difference between cancer tissues and corresponding mucosa or normal stomach mucosa(P<0.05). The expression of E2F1 mRNA in cancer tissues was related with the tumor stage, pathological type, lymph node metastasis and the depth of invasion (P>0.05).Conclusion The results suggest that E2F-1 mRNA is over expressed in gastric carcinomas. And anomalous expression of E2F1 mRNA may permit the gastric tumorigenesis and progression. E2F1 mRNA might be a potential promising target antigen for immunotherapy of gastric carcinoma. The results suggest that CDX2 mRNA is expressed in gastric carcinomas. And anomalous expression of CDX2 mRNA may permit the gastric tumorigenesis and progression. CDX2 mRNA might be a potential promising target antigen for immunotherapy of gastric carcinoma. This also show E2F1 and CDX2 may be the selection of gastric carcinoma immunotherapy. Furthermore their dependability (P<0.05) provid reference gene for gene therapy. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | E2F1, CDX2, gastric carcinoma, qRT-PCR | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
