【Objective】Investigate the effect of left ventricular reconstruction to left ventricular remolding of the cardiac muscle of nonoperating field and Investigate the effect of left ventricular reconstruction.【Methods】Consider the twelve common dogs as experimental animals.Ligate aeteria coronaria and establish the model of ventricular aneurysm.Regard the cardiac muscle as common group.Twelve dogs were divided intotwo groups:the experimental group and the control group by the place and size of ventricular aneurysm and every parameter of heart function. The experimental group was rebuilded by the operation of left ventricular reconstruction(linear closure operation). The control group was disclosed chest, yet it was not rebuilded by the operation of left ventricular(linear closure operation).after sixweeks of the operation of left ventricular reconstruction, detect the heart function of the dog by echocardiogram,Obtain the cardiac muscle of nonoperating field in every group.Detect the content of AT1RmRNA,AT2RmRNA of the cardiac muscle of every group by RT-PCR and observe ultramicrostructure of the cardiac muscle of every group by electron microscope.【Results】1,Quantity:Detect the content of AT1RmRNA,AT2RmRNA of the cardiac muscle of every group by RT-PCR.Comparing with the common group, the content of AT2RmRNA of the cardiac muscle in the experimental group and the control group became obviously larger(P<0.05),the content of AT1RmRNA of them became obviously less(P<0.05),the ratio of AT2RmRNA/ AT1RmRNA growed obviously larger(P<0.05),which illustrated that the ventricular remolding took place in the experimental group and the control group;comparing with the control group, the content of AT2RmRNA of the cardiac muscle in the experimental group became relatively less(P<0.05),the content of AT1RmRNA of them became relatively larger(P<0.05),the ratio of AT2RmRNA/AT1RmRNA growed relatively less(P<0.05),which illustrated that the extent of ventricular remolding of experimental group was less than of control group.2,Qualitation:We observed ultramicrostructure of of the cardiac muscle of every group by electron microscope.Comparing with the common group, ventricular remolding(collagen protein obviously deposited in the mesenchyme of cardiac muscle, collagen fibers became obviously larger)and cardiac damage(the gap of myofibrilla became larger in myocardial cell, cytoplasm dropsy, the part of mitochondria cristas was broken)ultramicrostructure took place in the cardiac muscle of the experimental group and the control group;comparing with the control group, the extent of ventricular remolding and Cardiac damage of experimental group was less than the control group in the electron microscope 3Left ventricular reconstruction(linear closure operation)succeed to fold the aneurysm, the result that was detected by echocardiogram indicate the heart function of dog is improved in a way.【Conclusion】Left ventricular reconstruction(linear closure operation)delayed the proceed of left ventricular remolding to a certain extent and was help to improve heart function and supplied left ventricular reconstruction with the more theory evidence.
