| It is frequent communicable disease originated by virus in birds, and it seriously influences the development of poultry industry in our country. At present, the drug action of chemicals is uncertain, drugs remaining exist and vaccine immunization is incomplete,it is badly in need of solving hot spot question how to manufacture the high-performance and low reliquus Chinese herbal medicine.The research used NDV to approach antiviral activity and mechanism of action of P.urinaria by antivirus test methods in vivo and in vitro,and preliminary sieved active principle. Experiment result showed that antiviral activity was obviously difference with P.urinaria at different place of production and by different dosage style in vitro.The antivirus activity of P.urinaria in GuangDong and GuangXi was better than one in HaiNan,the antiviral activity of P.urinaria in third scheme and first scheme were better than it in second scheme,the difference was significant.In embryonated egg , the antiviral activity of P.urinaria in third scheme was better than it in others,in third scheme and 1st group medicine,the survival rate of embryonated eggs were 75%,it was better than western medicine control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).By antivirus test methods in vivo,the result showed that drug prophylaxis group is better than drug healing group and western medicine control group,it's protection rate was 70%, the difference was very significan(tP<0.01). To sure the antiviral activity of P.urinaria , by abstraction of P.urinaria alcoh and water extract,we abstracted eight group. By antivirus test methods in vivo,we sieved two group active principle, that were alcoh-light petroleum group and alcoh-n-butanol group. The experiment offered theory about extracting active component of P.urinaria and researching antivirus active drug. |
