A Study On New Type Of Rural And Pasturing Area Cooperative Medical Care System In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

It is very necessary to set up a new type of rural cooperative medical care system as people have profound realization on this issue. The new type of rural cooperative medical care system as priority measure and strategy is very important to solve the basic rural medical care problem. It will be benefit peasants by provide most necessary medical services and prevent them from being poverty or return to poverty as they get sick. It also has important meaning in accelerating the economic development of rural area. So set up a valid new type of rural cooperative medical care system already became a great event, because it is relative to rural economy development and social stabilization.Firstly, this thesis reviews the history of traditional rural cooperative medical service system in China and analyzes its difficulties; then the article introduces the cooperative medical service system of several developed countries and developing countries and point out their experiences which can help us to build up our cooperative medical service system. On the basis of the analysis, the article introduces the basic rules and principles of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System in China and concludes the questions which appeared during the New Rural Cooperative Medical System practiced. About the New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Inner Mongolia, the thesis analyzes the farmers and herds'requirement and government's provision. At last, taking Wushen county and Kalaqin county in Inner Mongolia as an example, on the basis of investigation, sets up the econometric model, analyzes the properly of compensational proportion, and then gives several suggestions for how to set up a properly compensational proportion of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System in China.
