Purpose Study of the effect of bisphosphonat andInterlukin2(IL-2) on inside induction of muLtiplication of theγδT cell in peripheral blood of the patients with ovary cancer.Methods(1) Twenty-eight untreated patients with ovary cancer were selected as experimental group.Control group consists of 28 healthy volunteers without obvious gynecologic diseases.Counts of the total T cell and theγδT cell in peripheral blood of Experimental group,control group were determined respectively by flow cytometry. (2) Aiming at the patients of experimental group,after application of method of tumor extermination,six periods of treatment of taxol+carbo were proceeded and pre-treatment and post-treatment counts of the total T cell and theγδT cell in peripheral blood were determined after four weeks.(3) Aiming at the patients of experimental group,mμLtiplication experiments of theγδT cell in peripheral blood induced by bisphosphonat and Interlukin2(IL-2) externally were conducted;aiming at 20 sensitive patients,mμLtiplication experiments of theγδT cell in peripheral blood induced by bisphosphonat and interlukin2(IL-2) internally were conducted,pre-cure and post-cure counts of the total T celland theγδT cell in peripheral blood were determined.ResuLt(1) The total T cell,γδT cells absolute value,andγδT cells relative value in ovary cancer are significantly lower than those in the healthy(P<0.05);(2) Counts of the total T cell andγδT cell in peripheral blood of the patients with ovary cancer change,but it is not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)γδT cells absolute value,and relative value mμLtiply in pre-cure and post-cure time of bisphosphonat and Interlukin2(IL-2),which is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to the control group,the absolute value and relative value of theγδT cell decrease before conventional therapy in the patients with ovary cancer, which indicate the function of theγδT cell multiplication is either deficient or inhibited.In the patients with ovary cancer,if N-BPS/IL-2 induced experiment in vitro is positive,we apply N-BPS/IL-2 induced experiment in vivo to them.The results indicate that the absolute value and relative value of theγδT cell increase significantly,which manifest N-BPS/IL-2 can induce theγδT cell multiplication in vivo.Because of the widely distribution in epithelium tissue and mucous membranes, distinct mucous membranes immunologic surveillance and effective anti-tumor function,so theγδT cell maybe play an important role in tne tumor immunity therapy. We think the technique of theγδT cell multiplication induced by drug is deserved to develop further for the therapy of ovary cancer.Because this technique is safe,simple and cheap,so it maybe become another method to immunotherapy ovary cancer.
