Objective: To discuss the best operation time between Endoscopicretrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP), Endoscopicsphincterotomy(EST) and laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in the management of Calculus of extrahepatic bile duct.Method: First CBDS cured by ERCP+EST.In trial group,IX was followedERCP+EST in 72 hours and LC was followed ERCP+EST after 72 hours in comparison group.Contrast to the edema of cholecystampullae triangle , the difficulty of LC operation and the postoperative complication in two groups.Result: The average numbers of neutrophil was fewer and the average time ofLC was shorter in trial group, the postoperative complication was no difference in two groups.Conclusion: The best operation time between ERCP+EST and LC in the management of Calculus of extrahepatic bile duct was 48 hours.
