Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of LC+LCBDE and ERCP/EST+LC in the treatment of gallbladder stone combine with common bile duct stones, and explore the clinical application of LC+LCBDE and ERCP/EST+LC two kinds of surgical procedures furtherly. Methods:The data of 65 patients with gallbladder stone combine with common bile duct stones, who were hospitalized in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery Ningxia Medical University General Hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, was collected for a clinical retrospective analysis. All patients were divided into two groups, according to their different methods of minimally invasive treatment:(1)32 cases in the LCBDE+LC group accepted the method of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.(2)33 cases in the ERCP/EST+LC group accepted the method of endoscopic sphincterotomy combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The number of stones in the common bile duct, common bile duct stones maximum diameter, inside diameter of common bile duct, operation time, intraoperative bleeding, residual stone rate, the rate of conversion to laparotomy, postoperative ventilation through time, hospitalization time, total cost of hospitalization, postoperative early complications such as statistical comparisons were performed. Using SPSS17.0 medical statistical software for statistical analysis. Results:The two groups in the number of stones in the common bile duct, common bile duct calculi maximum diameter, inside diameter of common bile duct, intraoperative amount of bleeding, the rate of residual stones, the rate of conversion to laparotomy, postoperative ventilation through time, hospitalization time, postoperative liver function and early complications had no significant difference, no statistical significance(P>0.05), and at the time of surgery, total cost of hospitalization on, between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:The LC+LCBDE and the ERCP/EST+LC in the treatment of gallbladder stones combine with common bile duct stones are safe and effective, are satisfactory. But the two operation type each has advantages and disadvantages, how to choose them, we should basis on the patient's condition, economic situation and the doctor's technical level, operation habit, and hospital medical equipment to select the most suitable for the treatment of patients, make patients benefit maximization. It gives full play to the real effect of minimally invasive treatment.
