Purpose: Ultrasound was adapted to acquired the normal texture parameters of breast anatomy and explore its the normal Thermal Texture Maps (TTM). Construct the mathematical model of normal lacteal gland and analyze the influencing factor of temperature. Methods: Doppler Ultrasound was adapted to examine 100 cases of normal breasts and 8 cases of breasts tumor. The each layer tissue thickness of breasts, the amounts of every quadrant vascellum and the acoustic image feature of breasts tumor were obtained. The corresponding data and thermography were acquired from 100 cases of normal breasts and 8 cases of breasts tumor by TTM. Contrasting the data of ultrasound with the corresponding data of TTM, to further analyze the influencing factor of TTM temperature. Results: Contrasting the data of ultrasound with the corresponding data of TTM from 100 cases of normal breasts and 8 cases of breasts tumor, the influencing factor of local temperature difference was mainly decided by vascellum. Subcutaneouly tissue layer, lacteal gland tissue layer, fat behind glandular organ and pectoralis had little effect on TTM temperature. The thermography of normal breast was that the temperature of bilateral breasts was symmetry and the temperature of mammary papillas was obviously lower. The abnormal thermography was detected in 8 cases of breasts tumor. Conclusions: The local body surface temperature detected by TTM reflected the metabolism of breast. The Ultrasound of breast could precisely provide information of anatomy morphology. The TTM mathematical model of normal breast based on normal anatomy morphology supplied by Ultrasound confirmed that TTM and the results from Ultrasound have more comparability. |
