Observation On Clinical Effects Of Inhaling Salbutamol Solution By Using The Ultrasonic Nebulizer In Treating Severe Asthma

Objective:To observe efficacy and safety of inhaling salbutamol solution by using the ultrasonic nebulizer in treating severe asthma.Methods:56 patients were randomized into two groups.Patients were treated with inhaling the atomized mixture of 0.5%salbutamol solution 1ml and 0.9%sodium chloride 1.5ml one time by using the ultrasonic nebulizer in therapeutic group (n=28),and inhaling 200μg(2 sprays)one time with the salbutamol metered dose inhaler in control group(n=28),both were observed the efficacy and safety 20 minutes later.Results:In therapeutic group,the total obviously effective rate 53.57%,the total effective rate 85.71%;in control group,the total obviously effective rate 25%,the total effective rate 57.14%,there was statistically significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Inhaling salbutamol solution by using the ultrasonic nebulizer is effective and safe in rapidly alleviating severe asthma and improving the lung function.
