It is difficult to this paper that serious noises make bad precision to ultrosonic vaporware measuring instrument. This paper introduces a new type of design of intelligent multi-channels ultrasonic vaporware measuring system. The design is made up of three modules: data sampling and processing, main controlling device based-89C52, displaying module. The data sampling and processing module finishes voltage singal which from multi-channels weigh sensor detection, magnification, A/D conversion, and then deliver control device processing. Let it finish accounting, displaying decrement of liquid medicine in ultrasonic vaporware device. But this system design is not good precision and credbility. It is not reaching test requesment of Producer and State Food and drug Admnistration. So, we raise a new method based-FPGA/CPLD's FIR arithmetic to finish measuring vapor ratio. Weight sensor singal delivers A/D divice MAX125 to sample after maganifying and filtering.A/D sampling singal finishing FIR filter and average of ten A/D sample value by CPLD device FLEX10K10. It is bringing a good precesion and system credbility beause of eliminating noises.At presnt, the design of ultrosonic vapoware vapor ratio's measuring instrument is belong to a new project beause it is to ultrosonic vaporware itself. Using the disgn is to test ultrosonic vaporware eligibility ratio and make it accord with medical prduct's standards. The paper is based on theory and practice, I finish a design of inteligence, multi-channals ultrosonic vaporware measuring system. It is a good real meanings.At past, Ultrasonic vaporware's qualification rate is tested by workers.
