ObjectiveTo investigate the significance of serumal, urinous adiponectin and serumal albumin(ALB),globulin(GLB),cholesterol(CHO),triglyceride (TG),blood cell, autoantibody, urine protein,CD4+,CD8+ T cell,TNF–αand IFN–αexpression and correlation of them in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) especially who suffer from kidney impairment.MethodSerumal, urinous adiponectin and IFN–αwere detected by enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) adlitteram diagnostic laboratories rat anti-human adiponectin in SLE patients and normal control ; Blood CD4+,CD8+ T cell was detected by flow cytometer ; Anti ds–DNA antibody was detected by colloidal auri-spotting percolation; Serumal TNF–αwas tested by radioimmunoassay ; Serumal ALB,GLB,CHO,TG,blood cell, urine protein and the other autoantibodys were measured at the same time .ResultThe concentration of serumal and urinous adiponectin in SLE patients especially who suffer from kidney impairment and activing–phase are much higher than the stable–phase SLE patients and the healthy group , Also higher serum adiponectin was found in the anti ds-DNA antibody postive patients comparing with negative ones and healthy group ; But no differences were found in serumal adiponectin in the anti-SM antibody postive and the negative patients , lupus cerebrosis and non–lupus cerebrosis , blood cell normal and blood cell falling , prior–treatment and post–treatment , male and female SLE patients ; The percentage of CD4+ T lymphocytes is lower in SLE patients than healthy group , but the percentage of CD8+ T lymphocytes is higher than healthy group , the ratio of CD4/CD8 decreases in the SLE patients , Contrarily, no distinction of the ratio of CD4/CD8 in the SLE patients was found between renal impairment SLE and nonrenal impairment SLE patients, active phase ones and stable phase ones ; The levels of serumal and urine adiponectin is independent of the percentage of CD4+,CD8+ T lymphocytes,CD4/CD8,TNF–α,IFN–α..ConclusionAdiponectin is a protective cytokine . it indicates that the higher level of adiponectin in SLE patients especially who suffer from kidney impairment and activing-phase may delay the disease especially lupus nephritis, due to the functions of adiponectin in inhibiting expression and secretory of proinflammatory factor , and the correlation in the anti ds–DNA antibody and kidney impairment ; There is no correlation in adiponectin and anti-SM antibody in SLE patients , and the adiponectin expression is independent of lupus cerebrosis , blood cell , drugs and sex ; The percentage of CD4+ T lymphocytes is lower in SLE patients than control , but the percentage of CD8+ T lymphocytes is higher than the control , the ratio of CD4/CD8 decreases in the SLE patients, it demonstrates that the pathogenesis of SLE patients is related with lymphocytes abnormal immunifunction ; The concentrations of serumal TNF–αand IFN–αarise in SLE patients and both of them are correlated postively, it manifests that serumal TNF–αand IFN–αin SLE patients induce inflammation in cooperation ; The changes in the levels of serumal ALB,GLB,CHO and urine protein may be a reason why the level of adiponectin increases in the SLE patients , the anti-inflammational function of adiponectin in the SLE patients may be not owing to the effect of inhibiting secretion of TNF–αand IFN–α, and it is not correction with the T cell subset .
