This thesis puts forward ankle active rehabilitation strategy based on rehabilitation medicine theory. making the active exercise in time can not only train the ability of muscle's move feeling, enhance the body's feeling, recover and improve these abilities of body's balance and coordination,but also enhance the activity of nerve centre in pallium, increase the excitability of cells, reality the full cure.Using the technical of virtual reality in ankle rehabilitation not only realizes the links of game and treatment,psychology guidance and physiology treatment. The thesis first introduces the development actuality of virtual reality technology all over the world, and introduces some representative products. The thesis designs right rehabilitation scenes and realize the active rehabilitation system based on ankle active rehabilitation strategy. The system of ankle active rehabilitation based on simulate scene is an advanced simulation system related with many science and technology fields such as Sensor, 3D Real-time Animation, Computer Interface, Artificial Intelligence, Data Traffic, and so on. Using the advanced computer imitation technology and ankle rehabilitation parallel robot, active rehabilitation training can increase patients'interesting and enhance the effect without baldness in the training, but also provide technologys of exact measure,supervising,training etc, ensure the validity of trainingThe thesis introduces the scene modeling detailedly. Simulate scenes modeling software is developed by OpenGL graphics and 3D Studio MAX and MilkShape3D models in the circumstance of MFC of Visual C++ 6.0. Patients do the rehabilitation raining with the game scenes by the hardware. This thesis developes two scenes based on different states of rehabilitation and the active rehabilitation strategy. The database for noting the data of training is used to analyze the data. Experiment shows that using VR technology in 3-RSS/S ankle parallel robot active movement rehabilitation system can realize the rehabilitation purpose perfectly and meet the movements and patients'needs.
