The large area defect of skin on the hands and antibrachiums is a usual matter on the clinic. If the tissue is revealled such as nerve, vessel, tendon or sclerotin, it is a troublesome matter for the clinical worker. At the same time, it is a difficult problem on the traumatic surgery. It is difficult to cover raw surface if we admove dermatoplastic method. Even though raw surface is covered, it results in extremely difficult for the functional reconstruction of the hands and antibrachiums. In clinically, doctors often use the restorative procedure of axial skin flaps to cover raw surface. Meanwhile it establishes favourable foundation for the functional reconstruction of the hands and antibrachiums. When defect areas are comparatively large, the skin flaps according to clinical experience engineered are often part-necrosis or total-nccrosis. The technique of color Doppler flow imaging is a no-wound and cold checking device. Blood nature direction decide measue blood parameter. Especially the appearance of high-frequency colour imaging technique,it can vividly display superficial vessel and cutaneous branches disposition condition. Pulse Doppler can explore haemodynamics parameter. So that it becomes possible for extenuation cutaneous branches and perforating branches in skin flaps. If the technique of color Doppler flow imaging is admoved in design of axial skin flaps that are adomoved in the reparation of a large area defect of the hands and antibrachiums,we can evade damaging vessel, and step up the speed of operation.Besides we can consumedly elevate survival rate of the skin flap. In a word, the technique of color Doppler flow imaging is an extensively deserved technique on the clinic.
