As the essence of the Chinese medicine, the human meridian causes great attentions of biomedical science circles in recent years. In particular, its substance, bio-physical property and formative principle are the keys of modern research of meridian. In this thesis, several modern science techniques have been used to analyze the human tissue and meridians. The scientific nature has been embodied as far as the author can. Emphasis is placed on the analysis and physics phenomenon of observation. The points we observed included the human arm' temperature, the characteristic of Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin and the acupunctured Points, etc.Firstly, under the circumstance that environment temperature kept a constant level and no any incitement to arm was done, we relatively analyzed the distribute characteristic for skin temperature distribution of the hand and arm of young men and women. The skin temperature of the left and right hands Laogong points were observed. It shows men in the arm temperature is generally higher than that of women, but the temperature was lower than the palm of women; Laogong point the skin surface temperature is generally lower than the average temperature of the hand. In this experiment the latest Infrared Camera which resolving power of degree reach to 0.03℃, was used.Secondly, we acupunctured the Kongzui Point and the Taiyuan Point, in the meantime observed following arm skin temperature distribution to a circumstance above between the wrist horizontal line to go to the elbow wrist horizontal line. Using the same method, we acupunctured the Tianfu Point, the Chize Point, the Kongzui Point and the Taiyuan Point, and continually observed the Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin through the following and walking line and the temperature of acupuncture points distributes a variety characteristic under the acupuncture circumstance. Then some valuable conclusions such as Point-warming and the high-temperature line between the acupuncture points are obtained. Third, based on the Infrared Thermal Imaging technique of meridian research, the author adopted the Optical Coherence Tomography technique, as known for the first time, to observe the optical property of the acupuncture points in front and back in 48 hours. Then, some significant results are made to learn the tissue optical properties of these points. Finally, using LabVIEW technique, the author have designed a virtual instrument to measure the tissue electric resistance. Furthermore, a measuring of electric resistance device was organized with the virtual instrument, a high accuracy DAQ and the Arbitrary Function Generators and other hardware. This completed device was used to measure the electric resistance rate of pigskin in vitro and voltage of human arm meridian and will be play a rather role in the research on the Chinese Meridian.
