| Object: To investigate the relation between the severity of neuro-function deficite of acute first time cerebral infarction patients and risk factors; the characteristics of diabetes with cerebral infarction;the characteristics of hypertension with cerebral infarction with cerebral infarction; Methods: prospective research on 192 patients who come from The First Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Shihezi University, nerves internal medicine patients, the first time onset, acute cerebral infarction .from spring to semtemper, onset time less than 72hours .192 patients clinic files including history, age, sex, systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood perssure(DBP), waist to hip ratio(WHR) body mass index (BMI) brain CT and MRI, laboratory tests(the level of fasting plasma glucose (FPG ), fructosamine, HbA1c, total cholesterol , Triglyceride , high density lipoprotei, hypo-density lipoprotei, apoproteinA, apoproteinB, fibrinogen, uric acid, CRP ,solubleintercellularadhesionmolecule-1,(sICAM-1) ,Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1),were investigated. we used European Stroke Scale(ESS) to evaluate neuro-function deficite and Barthel index to evaluate life independent ability .Simple factor regression analysis was used between ESS and every risk factor , and multiple factor regression analysis was used between ESS and risk factors . Carry on the data processing with the SPSS15.0 statistics software,Result : (1) on admission the level of FPG, HbA1c, age, systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood perssure(DBP), waist to hip ratio(WHR), body mass index (BMI), total cholesterol , Triglyceride , high density lipoprotei, apoproteinA, fibrinogen, uric acid, sICAM-1,PAI-1 have no linear relationship with ESS and Barthel index. (2)fructosamine, hypo-density lipoprotei, apoproteinB and CRP contribute to ESS and Barthel index.(3)simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis indicate CRP contribute to ESS and Barthel index.(4) The characteristic of diabetes cerebral infarction and hypertension with cerebral infarction is same, (5)The PAI-1 levels were significantly increased with fasting blood glucose ,glycosylated hemoglobin.Conclusions:(1)fructosamine, hypo-density lipoprotei, apoproteinB and CRP contribute to ESS and Barthel index.(2) CRP is a maker to assess the severity of neuro function deficite(ESS, Barthel index)(3)The characteristic of diabetes cerebral infarction and hypertension with cerebral infarction is same(,4)fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin have positive correlation with the level of PAI-1. |
