Salvia miltiorrhiza is a typical Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis, in recent years, is widely used in all kinds of disease of heart head blood-vessel treatment.Observe the injectable salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid salt treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients for safety and efficacy, and discusses their treatment mechanism.to observe the efficacy and safety of injection salvianolate in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods:in our hospital from2011May to2011September treated cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction a randomized, double blind method were divided into observation group and control group,120cases in each group, the control group using neural Department of internal medicine to conventional treatment, the observation group in the control group was given based on injection of salvianolate treatment, two groupsl5d is a course of treatment, compared two groups of patients after treatment of clinical efficacy, neural function, daily life ability, brain CT, TCD changes and adverse reactions, of salvianolate on acute cerebral infarction treatment mechanism analysis. Results:(1)the two groups have no death and worse case, the observation group were good in80cases, moderate disability in28cases, severe disability in14cases, plant survival in4cases, GOS good rate of66.7%was significantly higher than that of control group50.4%(P<0.05).(2)After treatment was observed in the group of NIHSS score and Barthel index improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).(3)after treatment groups were observed in the anterior cerebral artery (ACA), middle cerebral artery (MCA), posterior cerebral artery (PCA) in the mean blood velocity improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).(4)observed after treatment group of the whole blood viscosity, blood viscosity and hematocrit effect is better than that of control group (P<0.05).(5)The two groups of patients during treatment, blood, urine, stool routine, liver function, blood coagulation time, electrocardiogram before and after the treatment were not significantly changed.
