Objective: To observe the effect of Yiwei San on the plasma level of Motilin(MTL) in mice model of functional dyspepsia (FD), and inquiry into its function mechanism.Method: 100 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: model group, blank control group, motilin group, Yiwei san group.Except blank control group mice ,using the binding methods of abnormal of starvation and full and intraperitoneal injection with L-arginine for 15 days to make FD model. Sentence 10 mice of each group to death, take stomach specimen, at light microscope descend observation stomach mucosa to organize normally, have no obviously change of pathologic.The mouse of rest exerts a related factor through curing 10 days,observing each mouse general condition,the variety of the index signs such as content of plasma MTL and organization pathology etc.,and carry on covariance to learn a processing to each data.Result: The plasma MTL of model group mice is obviously low in the blank control group(P < 0.01), stomach mucosa organization have no obviously pathologic change. After treatment, the Yiwei San group of mice plasma MTL instauration normally(Yiwei San group of mice plasma MTL with blank control group (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Yiwei San can make the plasma MTL move a plain content to increase while curing FD high, This experiment provides the curative effect of Yiwei San with enough theoretical supportor and also provides patients who suffer from FD with an effective recipe. |
