The Clinical Study About Jian Pi Yi Wei Decoction And Anti-H.Pylori Treament's Effect On The Atrophy Of Gastric Mucous In The Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Spleen-Stomach Deficiency Syndrome

Title:The clinical study about Jian Pi Yi Wei Decoction and anti-helicobacter pylori treament's effect on the atrophy of gastric mucous in the chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome.Objectives:Observe the effect of Jian Pi Yi Wei Decoction and anti-heli cobacter pylori treament on the atrophy of gastric mucous in the chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome.Methods:60 cases of CAG of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome (helicobacter pylori positive)were divided into two groups randomly.30 cases in trial group(Jian Pi Yi Wei Decoction and anti-helicobacter pylori treament),30 cases in conrtol group(anti-helicobacter pylori and antioxidation treament),the period of treatment was 3 months.Investigating the improvement of tissue pathogenesis(atrophy of gastric)between the two groups.Result:There was significant difference in mark of atrophy of gastric mucous between the two group,the mark of trial group is 2.43±1.19,while the conrtol group is 3.60±1.30(P＜0.05);the changed mark between the two group was significant difference,the changed mark of trial group is 2.57±0.57,while the conrtol group is 1.27±0.78(P＜0.05);the rate of changed mark between the two group was significant difference,the rate of changed mark of trial group is 0.54±0.14,while the conrtol group is 0.27±0.18(P＜0.05).During the period of the clinical study has not adverse events and adverse reaction occured.Conclusion:Integrated Jian Pi Yi Wei Decoction and anti-helicobacter pylori could improve the the atrophy of gastric mucous,the effect is superior to the anti-helicobacter pylori and anti-oxidation treament.The clinical study is good safety.
