Objective :To observe that it effect on expression of onnective tissue growth factor(CTGF) and intercellular adhesion molecule(ICAM-1) in diabetic nephropathy (DN) rat's renal tissue,and DN rat's 24hours Urine protein,DN rat's blood glucose,and serum creatinine,what treated to DN by Snomenine (SN).And then to discuss SN's protective fuction and possible on DN. Methods:maleness Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups :normal group(N),model group(D),treatment group(S). D group and S group were induced by 55mg/kg streptozotocin (STZ) intraperitoneal injection.S group inject to hypo with SE ampul 20mg.kg-1.d-1.Other two groups inject to hypo with 1.5ml/180g.d-1 Sodium Chloride.On the second,fourth,sixth week,mensurate DN rat's 24hours Urine protein,blood glucose and serum creatinine from each group.On the sixth week,CTGF and ICAM-1 were examined by PT-PCR. Results: DN rat's 24hours Urine protein,blood glucose and serum creatinine increased significatly,over-expression of CTGF and ICAM-1 mRNA in D group and S group compare with N group. 24hours Urine protein,blood glucose and serum creatinine declined,and CTGF and ICAM-1 mRNA the expressions delined significantly in S group compare with D group.The expression of CTGF and ICAM-1 Mrna declined significatly which in 24hours Urine protein,blood glucose and serum creatinine,in the S group that compare with D group. Blood glucose haven't distinctly change. Conclusion :SN can downregulate the expression of CTGF and ICAM-1 in DN rat's renaly tissue and decrea 24hours Urine protein,serum creatinine.It shows that SN maybe reduced DN rat's renal fibrosis by decreasing the expression of CTGF and ICAM-1,that achieve the target of cure and protect to DN rat's renal.
