ObjectiveIt shows the disadvantages of HP as a new therapy on OPs poisoning patients that HP simultaneously adsorbs OPs and Atropine for bad selectivity of adsorbens. Therefore,it is not easy to decide the dosage of Atropine,which leads to insufficiency of atropine or atropine poisoning.So we tried to monitor concentration of OPs and mixed pesticides and Atropine in blood by imitated HP, evaluated cleaning velocity of OPs and mixed pesticides and Atropine,and explored suitable dosage of adsorbent and the supplementary rule of Atropine in HP.MethodPurification and detection of OPs and ATP in blood:We extracted the OPs in blood by using acetic ether and detected them by GC-FPD.We precipitated protein in blood with 0.05mol·L-1 perchloric acid,then centrifugalized blood sample,extracted ATP from supematant and detected ATP by HPLC -UV detector. Imitating clinical HP:Imitating equipment of clinical HP with HA230 resin and MMAC in laboratory,we respectively took OPs and mixed pesticides and ATP through imitated extracorporeal closed circulating perfusion apparatus,and then OPs were detected by GC and Atropine was detected by HPLC.Then the clearance velocity of OPs and mixed pesticides and Atropine was acquired according to the corresponding their vestigial concentration.Result Adsorption to Cadusafos in HP:Concentration of Cadusafos in blood before HP was 9.99μg/ml,after HP the concentration of Cadusafos quickly descended.During the same period of HP,concentration of Cadusafos in blood increasing decreased by 0.5g Group,1.0g Group,1.5g Group;For the same dosage of adsorbens, concentration of Cadusafos in blood in HP with HA230 resin was less than with MMAC in 2.0h.But,the change of concentration of Cadusafos was less and less obvious when lengthening the time of HP with MMAC or HA230 resin,and would show up a platform period and be about 1.5h~2.0h.The clearance velocity to Cadusafos gradually decreased when lengthening the time of HP with MMAC or HA230 resin.During 1.0h in HP,the clearance velocity to Cadusafos after HP with HA230 resin surpased MMAC.Adsorption to Dichlorovos and Methyl parathion mixed pesticide in HP:Concentration of Dichlorovos and Methyl parathion in blood before HP was respectively 9.84μg/ml and 9.96μg/ml,after HP the concentration of Dichlorovos and Methyl parathion quickly descended.For MMAC,the concentration of Dichlorovos and Methyl parathion in blood increasing decreased by 0.5g Group,1.0g Group,1.5g Group during the same period of HP.For 0.5g Group and 1.0g Group,adsorbability to Dichlorovos in lip with MMAC was stronger than to Methyl parathion in 1.0h.For HA230 resin,the concentration of Dichlorovos and Methyl parathion in blood just increasing decreased by 0.5g Group,1.0g Group,1.5g Group in1.0h.As the same,adsorbability to Dichlorovos in HP with HA230 resin was stronger than to Methyl parathion.Adsorption to ATP in HP:Concentration of ATP in blood before HP was 74.51μg/ml;After HP,the concentration of ATP increasing decreased.The clearance velocity to ATP increased by degrees by 0.5g Group,1.0g Group,1.5g Group.Concentration of ATP would show up a platform period when lengthening the time of HP with MMAC or HA230 resin.The adsorbability to ATP in HP with HA230 resin was stronger than with MMAC with the same dosage.Variation of ratio for Atropine and OPs mixed pesticides in HP:First,for adsorption to Cadusafos in HP,we found that the ratio of ATP and Cadusafos in blood was respectively promoted 10 times with 1.0g MMAC and 7 times with 1.5g HA230 resin.Second,for adsorption to mixed pesticide in HP,we found that the ratio of ATP and monomer of mixed pesticides didn't change by synchrony.In 0.5g Group,the ratio of ATP and monomer of mixed pesticides promoted obviously after HP1.5h;in 1.5g Group and in HP 2.0h,the ratio of ATP and monomer of mixed pesticides was higher than before liP.As for HP with HA230 resin,in 0.5g Group and 1.0g Group,the ratio of ATP and Dichlorovos was negatively correlated to time of HP.In 1.5g Group,the ratio for ATP and monomer of mixed pesticides was sharply promoted after 0.5h in HP and was 2.0 times as before HP.ConclusionHP is an effective means to eliminate the major part of OPs from the blood, meanwhile it can also absorb ATP,but it has higher clearance velocity to OPs than to ATP.As to adsorption to Cadusafos in HP,it should select 1.0g MMAC to perfuse in 2.0h or select 1.5gilA230 resin to perfuse in 1.5h.As to adsorption to mixed pesticide in HP,it should select 1.5g MMAC to perfuse in 2.0h or select 1.5gilA230 resin to perfuse in 1.0h.It should increase supplementary of ATP during the initial periods of HP.Generally speaking,adsorbability of HA230 resin to OPs outweighed MMAC,but absorbability of HA230 resin to ATP also outweighed MMAC,so it should exactly monitor the dosage of ATP in HP with HA230 resin.
