Research On The Clearance Effect Of Double-pot Series Hemoperfusion On Severe Sedative And Hypnotic Drug

Objective: To study the treatment of severe sedative and hypnotic drug poisoning by double-pot series hemoperfusion,and to explore the clearance effect of double-pot series hemoperfusion in the treatment of severe sedative and hypnotic drug poisoning.Methods: Fifty-one inpatients with severe sedative and hypnotic poisoning treated in the Emergency Department of the second affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2017 to December 2019 were analyzed and collected.The patients were divided into two-pot group(n = 23)and single-pot group(n = 28).On the basis of routine medical treatment(vomiting,gastric lavage,catharsis,intravenous administration of naloxone and other awakening drugs,symptomatic treatment and prevention of complications)and ensuring the same number of perfusion,blood pressure,blood gas analysis,liver function,myocardial creatine kinase isoenzyme,awake time,GCS score,hospital stay,platelet count,prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,Changes in the international normalization ratio of prothrombin time.Results: After treatment,the indexes of single pot group and double pot group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and except systolic pressure,the improvement of oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure,awake time,GCS score and hospital stay in double pot group was better than that in single pot group,and the therapeutic effect of double irrigation group was better than that of single irrigation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).,and both groups could cause thrombocytopenia.After 2 hours of perfusion,the double-can group was slightly more severe than the single-can group,but with the increase of time,there was no significant difference between the two groups at two weeks after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Both single-pot hemoperfusion and double-pot series hemoperfusion have certain therapeutic effects on severe sedative and hypnotic drug poisoning,but early double-tank hemoperfusion in series is beneficial to the continuous removal of toxic components in the body,and the decrease caused by PLT can be recovered after 2 weeks of perfusion,which has no significant effect on the patients.it has a positive effect on the treatment of sedative and hypnotic drug poisoning and may become an effective treatment.
