Clinical Oberservision On The Treatment Of Protrusion Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc By Percutanous Laser Disc Decompression

Objective:To investigate the security,the curative effect and the possible influencing factor of Percutaneous Laser Dsic Decompression(PLDD),the treatment of Protrusion of Lumbar intervertabral.Methods:To gather the cases of PLID from 2006.1 to 2007.10,analysis the effect of the 68 cases for the treatment of PLDD retrospectively.Group the 68 cases on the diffrent basises,for example according to the age,opacification and the size of energy.After the PLDD,observe the curative effect and the complacation intimately,and then visit the effect of the metaphase and the long-term by telephone.Results:In the 68 cases,we have visited 64 cases succesfully.During the near future(in the hospital),the total effective rate is 100%.In the visting by telephone,there are 41 cases effectively in the 64cases.And in the influencing factors,the age is influencing but the opacification and the size of energy are ineffectual.Conclusion:The treatment of Protrution of Lumbar intervertebral disc by Percutanous Laser Dsic Decompression is safe and utility.The curative effect of the younger than 40 years old is berrer than the older.And the curative effect is incorrelative with the opacification and the size of energy(from 200J to 1400J).
