Expression Of VEGF In Chorionic Villi And Decidua Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Patients

Objective:To observe the expression of VEGF in chorionic villi and deciduas of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients..Methods:By immunohistochemistry,expression and distribution of VEGF were observed in chorionic villi and decidual tissues in 20 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion;At the same period,20 normal early pregnant women who matched for maternal age and gestational age with RSA group for the study were selected to serve as control group..Results:1.The expression and distribution of VEGF in chorionic villi:the expression of VEGF were observed in both trophoblast cells and vacular endothelial cells;The expression of VEGF in RSA patients were lower significantly than that in normal early pregnant women(P＜0.05).2.The expression and distribution of VEGF in deciduas:expression of VEGF were observed in decidual cells,glandular epithelium and vacular endothelial cells;The expression of VEGF in RSA patients were lower significantly than that in normal early pregnant women(P＜0.05).Conclusions:VEGF play an important roles in normal pregnancy,The lower expression of VEGF may be involved in the pathogenesis of RSA.
