Backgrounds:Liver transplantation started in the end of 1970s in the 20th in our country, but it did not develop quickly untill in the middle of 1990s,As surgical skill, the management of the perioperative period and the cure of immune control developing continuously and getting a great breakthrough, liver transplantation have gotten a rapid improvement,Through the rate and the quantity of exietence after liver transplantation have been improved, the syndrome in the near future or at a specified future date after operation still exist, especially how to prevent from the renal failure and cure it after operation is still an important subject of each transplantion center. Objective:To study the factors of renal failure in the early post-classic orthortopic liver transplantation period and investigate the prevention and cure method of renal failure in the early post-classic orthortopic liver transplantation period.Method:101 consecutive classic orthortopic liver transplantation cases were reviewed from january 2005 to january 2008 and a multi-factor analysis of presumed risk factors of early post-transplantaion period renal failure was conducted. The factors analyzed were age, sex, preoperative diagnosis, total bilirubin level, albumin level, hepatic functional classification, blood serum creatinine lever, operation time, blood transfusion to seek for risk factor of renal failure in the intraoperater.Result:Of the 101 patients,13(12.9%)developed acute renal failure (ARF)in the early postoperative period.Multi-factor analysis revealed a low albumin level, high blood serum creatinine lever, operation time, blood loss and urine volme as risk factors for development of ARFConclusion:ARF is a frequent medical complication after liver transplantation and which are attrebiute to many aspects.A low albumin level,a high blood serum creatinine lever, operation time, blood loss and urine volme as risk factors for development of ARF.
