The Clinical Study Of Jiedutongluo Recipe Interfering In Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between the pathogenesis of the diabetic nephropathy and the damage of kidney by poison by analyzing the clinical index of the effects of JieDu tongluo in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy , and to provide a certain basis of the use of this method in the treatment of the diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods: According to the case study of the experimental design methods, from June 2007 to April 2008, 60 DN patients , divided randomly into the treating group or to the control group. The treating group received Gushen JieDu tongluo in combination with the conventional therapy of the western medicine ,while the control group received the conventional therapy of the western medicine. The symptoms and sign, FBG, postprandial blood glucose(2 hour), BP, TG, TCH, SCr, BUN, HbA₁C quantitative of ptoteinuria in 24 hour were recorded at the beginning and the end of the study, and these datas were measured by related statistics methods.Result: The Deficiency of symptoms of the treating group significantly reduced , the overall efficiency rate of the treating group was 83. 33%, while the control group was 66. 67%. There was significant difference between them. After the treatment, the difference of soreness, thirsty , vomiting, nausea, palpitation, heaviness in head and body, constipation, dim complexionb etween the two groups during the case, was significant (p<0. 05 or p<0. 01) , suggested thatthe improvement of the kidney deficiency and stagnation of toxic turbid in the treating group is better than the control group. FBG, postprandial blood glucose(2 hour), TG, TCH, SCr, BUN, HbA₁C, quantitative of ptoteinuria in 24 hour between the two groups after treatment in comparison, had a significant difference (P <0. 05).Conclusion: DN is the immedicable complication of the DM. Its development is in progressive , there is still not effective therapy method at present. The comprehensive action of the Chinese medicine is obviously, Gushen JieDutongluo combined with conventional therapy of the western medicine can be more effectively in FBG, postprandial blood glucose (2 hour), BP, TG, TCH, SCr, BUN, HbA₁C quantitative of ptoteinuria in 24 hour, thus improve the symptoms and signs and the renal function of the DN patient , and improve the quality of life.
