Clinical Study On Treatment Of Fracture Healing With Gubao Pellet

Then reported on the pill for bone-fracture healing (of liver and kidney deficiency) of clinical observation.Objective: To observe the evaluation of gubao-pill to promote fracture healing (liver and kidney deficiency type) the clinical efficacy and safety.Method: June 2007-March 2008 period of hospitalization and outpatient treatment of fractures of the distal radial and humeral fracture (liver and kidney deficiency type) with a total of 124 cases. Xianlinggubao efficiency of Celebrex group was 44.26%, 77.05%, 85.25% significant efficiency, respectively, 96.72%, 98.36%, 100.00 % efficiency, the group showed no statistical significance (P> 0.05); clinical symptoms Table score: 2, 4, 6 weeks after treatment of clinical symptoms have decreased total score , gubao-pill group and Xianlinggubao Celebrex group of 2, 4, 6 weeks after treatment clinical symptoms total score was not significant. After 2,4,6 weeks fracture healing X-ray the same performance, quantitative analysis between the two groups showed no significant difference. Blood Ca, P, ALP values before and after the treatment showed no significant differences before and after treatment of blood, urine, fecal checks, ALT, BUN, CREA, the safety of indicators electrocardiogram checks showed no obvious abnormality; two groups after treatment had no significant adverse reactions .Conclusion: Gubao pellets can effectively promote fracture healing (liver and kidney deficiency type)...
